Its not just a H2O,,,it is actually a purifying water which is meant to be a cleanser of all sins…
From the Gomukh @ Gangotri glacier flows the river Bhagirathi and worshipped dere by every Indian. Flows via many glaciers, Ganges has to clean all sins of the faithful before it drains to Sagar island…she allows man to visit the Gangotri and Gomukh , the pilgrimages considered her origin,,,she allows man to trek on the glacier…
But doesn’t complain to anyone even though she is getting hurt,,, she believes pilgrims Should not suffer,,,what if they are digging out the mountains which en route to Gomukh so that they can be transported by road.
River Ganges doesn’t complain if someone puts garbage into her…
She doesn’t complain if someone changes her route to flow
She doesn’t complain to anyone that she has the right to flow.
She is dirty but holy
She is polluted but pure
She doesn’t complain coz
She is the modest,She is the Goddess.
